Questions

Does it work offline?

Yes. Cleaning, transcription, editing and export run on your Mac. The licence is checked online once in a while; after that the app works for 30 days without the internet. The AI chat needs a connection.

Can I use my own AI?

Yes. Connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code or another app that supports MCP, and it can use the editing tools directly. You can also use the built-in chat with your own Anthropic key; then no credits are used.

What is a credit?

One credit is one minute of audio edited with the built-in chat. A 30 minute episode costs 30 credits the first time you edit it with the chat. If you keep editing the same file a lot, the app asks before it uses credits again.

How many Macs can I use?

Each user can activate up to 3 Macs. You can remove one from the app or your account page and use a new one.

How does Team work?

The person who buys Team invites four colleagues by email. They sign in with that email and share the team’s credits. The owner can remove a colleague and invite someone else.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Who handles the payment?

Orders are processed by Paddle, our reseller, who also handles VAT and invoices.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days with everything switched on and 30 credits for the chat. No card is needed to try.
