Withdrawal and refunds

14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you buy the plan or the credits. For a subscription it covers the first payment, not later renewals. The free trial needs no payment, so the period starts when you buy after the trial.

At checkout you can ask for access right away. If you do, and you agree that the right of withdrawal ends when you start using the plan or the credits, the right of withdrawal ends once you start using them. Until then you can withdraw and get the full amount back.
How to withdraw
Use Withdraw from the purchase on your account page, or the withdrawal option ("Request withdrawal") in Paddle’s customer portal; the link is in your receipt email. You can also write to info@promptly.dk. Paddle refunds to the card or account you paid with within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal. Paddle’s refund policy applies.
After 14 days
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it then stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Paid periods and used credits are not refunded after the 14 days, unless the law says otherwise or the app does not work as described.
